Cleaning: Gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth dipped in a mild cleaning solution.
Storage: Store in a well-ventilated area or a cloth bag. Avoid keeping it in plastic bags for long periods.
Moisture Control: If fungus appears during monsoon, clean it with a soft cloth dipped in a mild Dettol solution.
Conditioning & Polishing: If the leather looks dry, apply a small amount of leather cream to restore its shine.
Very disappointing purchase.
Nowhere on the website is it clearly mentioned that this is a stretchable, unconventional belt. The product I received is quite different from what a customer would reasonably expect based on the listing. Such a key feature should be disclosed upfront so buyers can make an informed decision.
To make matters worse, the return/refund policy is heavily seller oriented, leaving very little protection for customers when the product doesn't meet expectations.
The invoice provided is barely legible, which is unacceptable for a genuine purchase and makes it difficult to maintain proper records or process a return.
Lastly, while the stretchable design may appeal to some, I'm not convinced about its long-term durability. It's difficult to say how well the elasticity will hold up over time, and that raises concerns about the belt's lifespan.
Overall, the experience has been very disappointing. Transparent product descriptions, a fairer return policy, and properly readable invoices are the bare minimum customers should expect.
The belt is great. But the end tip does not easily go through the loop of the buckle. For me this is a major lapse, as a lot of time and energy is wasted in trying to pass it through the loop, and the same with the reverse process. I hope the design department will rectify it.
