About the Role at Mahetri

At Mahetri, we don’t just sell leather goods; we sell craftsmanship and a story. We aren't looking for someone to just "buy traffic." We are looking for a Growth Architect. You will take full ownership of our paid acquisition channels, managing substantial budgets to scale our presence across the US, AU, CA, NZ, GCC and EU markets. Your mission is simple: turn our premium brand into a household name abroad through profitable, data-backed scaling.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Architect the Meta Ecosystem: You will design and manage high-level campaign structures on Facebook and Instagram & Google. From broad targeting to sophisticated bid strategies (Cost Caps/Bid Caps), you know how to make the algorithm work for our premium price points.
  • Creative Strategy as a Lever: In the current landscape, the creative is the targeting. You will collaborate with our design team to brief high-converting UGC, lifestyle statics, and cinematic video ads. You don't just run ads; you dictate the creative roadmap based on performance data.
  • Aggressive Scaling & Diversification: While Meta is our engine, you will lead our expansion into Google (PMax/YouTube), Pinterest, and TikTok, ensuring Mahetri is visible wherever our audience shops.
  • Precision Data Analysis: You look beyond the surface. Using tools like GA4, Triple Whale, or other tracking CRM, you will dissect attribution and contribution margins to make high-stakes scaling decisions.
  • Efficiency First: You treat our ad spend like your own capital. Your focus is on maximizing scale while maintaining a healthy MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio) and a sustainable CAC.

WHO YOU ARE

  • The DTC Specialist: You have 4+ years of direct-response media buying experience, specifically within E-commerce/Fashion/Lifestyle. You have personally scaled monthly spends from $50k to $100k+.
  • Testing Obsessed: You run on a "test, learn, pivot" loop. You execute rapid A/B testing frameworks for ad copy, landing pages, and creatives to find the winning formula for different cultures (Market 1 vs. Market 2).
  • Technically Proficient: You are comfortable with the "boring but critical" stuff—CAPI (Conversions API), server-side tracking, and catalog management.
  • The Self-Starter: You are an autonomous operator. You wake up, analyze the accounts, optimize, and report on the "why" behind the numbers before being asked.
