The bags quality is so bad. above all, ai received a damaged product, the leather skin was chipping off in various places. I approached the company, They asked for photos and details which I shared immediately but resolution is the delayed and nobody is picking calls or replying to mails and messages. Dont waste your money here.

Umm and when I asked in customer service for refund i got denied like literally look at that strap what is that totally different style and the quality of product eww what is that,that's all I stop trusting online product due to this so only shopping ofline now.
I honestly really like this leather bag. The goat leather has a different smell and feel to normal cowhide, but it's just as sturdy and still very nice. Most importantly, it feels like a genuinely good quality bag that's going to put up with my abuse, and it's clearly handmade and not produced in a factory. Definitely going to be using this as my default bag when I'm going out with my tablet.
The bag was commendable. To enhance accessibility for essentials, I recommend an additional external chain storage compartment. Fortunately, one such compartment was already present on the bag's rear.
