The bag is good no doubt, but don't expect to get what you see online. I ordered this bag because of the oil pulled leather look, but was delivered a different one. On checking with the vendor on WhatsApp for the difference in the product, was told that each bag gets a different finish, and I have pay for the return, and once they get it back, they will send the bag displayed on the website. All in all I was not confident of actually receiving the same bag as on the website, so did not return.

1. The shoulder strap is made out of 3 different pcs. ☹️. Should be a single pc.
2. There should be a strong strip of metal on the inner side of the carry handle.
3. The clips on the 2 smaller pockets come off with a slight pull.
